Key Responsibilities:
Develop and test new beverage formulations.
Improve existing product recipes for taste, texture, and shelf-life.
Conduct product trials and evaluate quality parameters.
Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
Document experiments, results, and product specifications.
Collaborate with production and marketing teams for product launch and scaling.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field.
1-3 years' experience in R&D within food & beverage or FMCG.
Knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and beverage production processes.
Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
