Perform soil stabilizer R&D testing and assist in product quality monitoring systems.
Support optimization analysis and improvement plans based on research results.
Record, analyze, and report R&D test data accurately.
Coordinate with QAQC and operations teams to implement improvements.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper documentation.
Carry out other tasks assigned by QAQC and R&D Engineer from time to time.
Participate in product improvement, innovation, and R&D documentation activities.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
1-3 years in R&D or QAQC (preferably in soil stabilization or construction materials).
