Job DetailsRole Overview: Product Development: Work with teams to develop and benchmark products, create prototypes, and optimize for taste, texture, and shelf life. Research & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, propose innovative ingredients and processes, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet regulatory standards, perform quality checks, and resolve quality issues. Collaboration: Align product development with company goals, support production trials, and provide technical assistance. Documentation: Maintain detailed records, prepare reports, and manage I&R activities. Cost Management: Monitor budgets and identify cost-reduction opportunities. Housekeeping: Maintain lab hygiene and cleanliness. Other Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Food Technology/Science or related field. 3-4 years in I&R/Product Development in the food industry, preferably in dairyCompany Details
