Manages the new product development pipeline portfolio.
Provides support for the label artwork checking and keeps abreast of latest food regulations.
Develop new products to meet consumer needs and work with production to conduct product trial runs.
Develop and improve food products, ensure quality and safety standards of new products and contribute to the company's innovation and continuous growth.
Create prototypes and conduct sensory evaluations.
Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices in the R&D lab & demo kitchen to maintain lab hygiene and cleanliness.
Are you the one?
University degree in food technology/food science/culinology or related academic background.
Four-year proven track record in R&D/product development/application specialist in the food industry (specialized in manufacturing plants).
Preferable working experience in the dairy industry and SAP exposure would be an added advantage.
Able to quickly build excellent relationships with internal and external partners as well as working with remote teams.
Technical skill(s): Knowledge in food production and processing, knowledge of food safety standards/certifications (FSSC, ISO, HACCP, GMP, Halal, etc) is an added advantage.
Understand food science applications, sensory principles, nutrition, and labeling requirements.
