R&D Graduate Program

Duties and responsibilities

• Fast track program to jump start the fresh graduate to be an all-rounder technical expert in a Global CoE.
• Opportunity to experiences 18 months cross-functional job training among function teams in R&D and Cross-functional exposure (e.g. Engineering, Production and etc).
• Permanent position.

Professional competencies

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree. Open for candidate in Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical, Computer sciences or Manufacturing.
• Possess CGPA score of 3.50 and above.
• For entry level candidate, must not more than 1 year working experiences.
• Able to communicate effectively and work well with different levels of people from internal & external.
• Ability to work independently with demonstrated self-initiation, project leadership and hit the project milestone.
• Flexible and proactive team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application.
