  • Develop innovative mechanical solutions and systems for robotic applications, including motion systems, fixtures, and structural components.
  • Design 3D CAD models, conduct simulations, motion studies, and perform component design and assembly planning.
  • Participate in hands-on assembly, installation, qualitifcaiton test and commissioning of mechanical and automation systems. Assist in set up of hardware compnents and ensuring systems are fully operational, meeting performance specifications and stable. Ensuring smooth integration into the production environment.
  • Collaborate on the development of mechanical subsystems and ensure integration with robotic systems.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Engage with stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, and system integrators to refine designs and ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
  • Participate in project planning meetings, weekly progress updates, contributing to both short-term milestones and long-term strategic goals.
Product Development & Project Management:
  • Be actively involved in the full product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, including prototyping and testing.
  • Work on high-impact projects with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables, set goals, and achieve tangible results.
  • Support in product validation by conducting proof of concept (POC) and feasibility studies, improving designs based on testing and analysis.
Digital Solutions for Manufacturing:
  • Learn and assist in developing digital solutions for manufacturing, including dashboard development, production app creation, and database management.
  • Collaborate in the synchronization and deployment of digital tools to the production floor, supporting operational improvements through automation.
  • Support the design and implementation of automation systems and assist in the digitalization of manufacturing workflows.
Research & Feasibility Studies:
  • Conduct thorough research on new ideas, including mechanical design, fastening technology, bearing systems, and moving components.
  • Evaluate material properties like conductivity, strength, and behavior to ensure optimal performance in design.
  • Assist in the development of mechanical prototypes and perform studies on prototype performance, ensuring functionality and efficiency improvements.
Automation & Process Improvement:
  • Help improve manufacturing processes through automation, cloud computing, and digitalization, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Support in designing fixtures, tools, and structures to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Cost Analysis & ROI Evaluation:
  • Perform cost analysis and ROI calculations for new and existing systems, ensuring all solutions align with company cost-efficiency goals.
  • Take responsibility for process improvements, ensuring key metrics such as efficiency gains, cost savings, and production enhancements are met.
Industry 4.0 & System-Level Thinking:
  • Contribute to the development of system-level architecture, focusing on interconnectivity and the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technologies such as computer vision, IoT, edge computing, and cloud solutions to enhance product and system design.
New System Design & Innovation:
  • Provide fresh ideas for new system designs, contributing innovative concepts to projects and collaborating closely with senior engineers and industry experts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and actively contribute to the teams vision of leveraging advanced technology to solve real-world manufacturing challenges.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in mechanical design, robotics, automation, and digitalization in manufacturing environments.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D CAD software and mechanical design.
  • Familiarity with automation systems, control systems, and IoT technologies is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for hands-on learning and innovation in Industry 4.0.
