Kelayakan

• R&D Manager (R.T.A Furniture / Bedroom Furniture)
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/\xe2\x80\x9dA\xe2\x80\x9d Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diplomas, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 5 years of R&D working experience in \'R.T.A. furniture\' or \'Bedroom furniture\' sector.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power point), AutoCAD, INVENTOR, 3D Max
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Able to work in a fast paces environment
• Process a good communication skills and a willing to learn attitude

Tanggungjawab

• Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.
• Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured product.
• Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors and customers.
• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
• Transfer new technologies, products and manufacturing process into and out of company.
• Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
• Develop concepts, products and solutions by working with company business units.
• Document all phases of research and development.
• Manage customer relationships and perform RFP Review, Customer Visits and Product Testing.
