R&D Manager (RTA Furniture, Design - Panel) based in Parit Raja, Johor, please find the responsibilities & requirements for this position as below:-Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Create detailed furniture designs using AutoCAD software, including renderings, technical drawings, and assembly instructions
\xc2\xb7 Work with cross-functional teams such as product development and manufacturing to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability \xc2\xb7 Lead and manage the R&D team to ensure the achievement of team goals
\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement innovative R&D strategies to drive the development of new product and technologies \xc2\xb7 Ensure on-time delivery and quality of R&D projects
\xc2\xb7 Track industry trends and technological developments to enhance product innovation
\xc2\xb7 Develop prototypes and conduct product testing to evaluate functionality, durability, and user experienceRequirements:
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or related fields \xc2\xb7
Proficiency in AutoCAD software and experience in furniture design
\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of furniture construction principles, materials and manufacturing techniques
\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into actual design
\xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
