Job Description

Perform technical and business analysis of customer RFP/RFQ for product requirements and ensure all requirements are captured. Work with key lead of the functional team and deliver RFQ/RFP proposal to customer. Manage customer programs and activities from product development kick off to mass production and meet customer schedule, scopes and cost expectations. Manage different programs from heavy touch to light touch development models. Support business development in early customer engagement - pre-sales activities such as R&D capabilities, experiences, early customer product concepts exploration. Manage external consultants/design partner of relevant expertise's - Industrial Design/UX/EE/FW etc. Accountable for the product performance and acceptance by customer.

Contribute to company business unit in driving business growth through new customer or existing customer R&D programs. Work with customer and manage product development from concept to mass production.

Job Requirement:

• Masters/Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering with minimum 10-15 years' experience in a product development capacity in Consumer/Industrial/Electro-Mechanical products/instrumentation products.
• Expert in Product Life Cycle (PLC) development processes and management.
• Expert in project management and use of scheduling tool - MS Project, Excel etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge in analyzing the risks & benefits in development of different products.
• Ability to analyze complex problem and provide options with recommended solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working with customers and design partners to meet customer goals.
• Driven and passionate leadership in leading and coaching the R&D Engineers and team members.
• Familiar with R&D Development tools and flow for ME, EE, SW & FW.
