To improve and revise existing product formulations and processes if necessary to optimize productivity and cost
To initiate research & development efforts to create new products
To carry out R&D projects such as formulation, sample preparation, and sensory evaluation
To establish/ maintain and update related work instructions, including analysis method, product specification, and documents of
all projects and samples status on time
To conduct and monitor the preparation of prototype/ sample and to determine the process specifications predetermined in the lab
Assist in performing product demonstration and improve product profiles to meet customer demand.
Participate in cross-departmental activities resulting in meeting food safety and quality objectives.
Assist to control and manage the department operations
Job Requirement:
Bachelor\'s degree in food relevant field is required.
Preferably candidate with more than 3 years experience with experience in Food Manufacturing.
Required languages: Bahasa Cina, English and Bahasa Melayu.
Knowledge of food technology , food microbiology, safe food handling procedures and food service sanitation practices.
Understanding on compliance of food safety standard such as ISO 22000, HACCP and HALAL requirements is beneficial.
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
Proactive in seeking solutions and solving problems
Team player and good communication skilll
Applicants must be willing work in Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Pasir, Muar, Johor.
