Prototypes development in the laboratory to achieve all goals with minimal supervision,
Perform laboratory and pilot plant activities follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP\'s)
Good reporting and data collection from trials.
Assist R&D team from prototype development to industrialization.
Accountable for trials activities and able to notify superior when notice test results are not meeting expectations.
Good documentations, able to perform journals research and assist superior on development.
Be responsible for making sure the sample, equipment and any raw materials are handled correctly.
Demonstrates good and safe work habits and enforces a clean working environment.
Performs general upkeep and housekeeping of the laboratory and pilot plant, with 5s implementation.
Contribute to create the procedures of the laboratory and the establishment and implementation of processing activities, including safety, in the areas of working and pilot plants

Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting research team with product development projects.
Keep laboratory organized, cleaned and maintenance / calibration of instrument and pilot plants.

Job Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Food Technology / Science Nutrition / Culinary Arts / Chemistry / Biology or similar
Good knowledge of oral and written English
Good knowledge to use personal computer and Microsoft office
Strong sense of responsibility/accountability and team work spirit
Organizational skills and close attention to detail are important
Age range (20 years old to 30 years old)
1-3 years working experience in UHT, beverage, ice cream, and / or other related food industry.
