This R&D Software Intern position offers the opportunity to join a great team of software developers in R&D. We are looking for a passionate software engineer to design, develop, deploy and maintain software solutions. Our ideal candidate is familiar with the software development life cycle and able to apply modern software engineering practices such as agile, design review, code review, unit testing and usability testing. You must be an avid learner, passionate on modern software practices and design pattern, absolutely love to code and strive to outperform. Here is what you will do day to day:

• Design and develop windows and web/cloud-based applications.
• Work with internal team to identify and define compelling improvements and features.
• Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas.
• Monitor and analyses software product performance, quality, and reliability. Identifies problem or unfavourable deviations, recommends, and executes corrective actions.
• Develop documentation such as requirements document, technical design document, user guide.

• Bachelor or higher degree, or its equivalent, in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience

• Familiar with ASP.NET, C#, REST, WPF, MVC, Angular, & MSSQL programming

• Familiar with web GUI development with knowledge on HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap
• Familiar with AWS Cloud application development will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team player, positive attitude, passionate for continuous learning, self-motivated
• Good communication skill (written and verbal)
