• Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of software QA engineers.

• Software QA Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute a software QA strategy and roadmap aligned with departmental objectives.
• Define and implement software QA standards, processes, and methodologies tailored to agile development projects.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by driving effective test planning and execution.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

• Lead initiatives to enhance software QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Identify and advocate for optimization opportunities in software testing and quality assurance.
• Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

• Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on software QA matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to align QA activities with organizational goals.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or TestOps practices.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and mentoring engineers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
