We're looking for a React Native Developer to join our team and help us build performant mobile apps on iOS and Android, with the support of cutting-edge AI tools.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about both product development and the future of software engineering. You should be excited to leverage AI tools (like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Cody) as part of your daily workflow and be eager to experiment with new ones.

In this role, you'll architect and build mobile apps using React Native, collaborate across teams, and contribute to an engineering culture that values automation, knowledge-sharing, and velocity.

We want a curious builder -- someone who naturally finds ways to ship better and faster by working with AI, not against it. You don't need to know everything, but you should be eager to learn and embrace change.

Native iOS/Android developers looking to transition into React Native (and AI-enhanced development) are also welcome to apply!

Your Responsibilities

Build and deliver cross-platform mobile apps with React Native based on high-fidelity designs and wireframes Use AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cody) to accelerate development, reduce boilerplate, and improve code quality Participate in peer code reviews and use LLMs to debug, document, and optimize code Refactor and maintain clean, testable, and scalable code Collaborate closely with designers and PMs to provide technical input during feature planning Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI-assisted software development and share findings with the team Communicate directly with clients and team members to ensure we're building the right thing, the right way Help create an internal culture of continuous improvement through automation, tooling, and learning

Requirements

Malaysian citizen Minimum 3 years of experience building production-grade React Native applications Experience using or strong interest in using AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cody, ChatGPT, etc.) Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and asynchronously You care about clean UI, thoughtful UX, and readable, maintainable code You're self-driven, curious, and love solving tough problems Include "RN-US-2025" somewhere in your application so that we know you've actually read this
