Core Technical Requirements:

3+ years React Native

production experience (iOS and Android) Strong JavaScript/TypeScript foundation RESTful API integration and GraphQL experience Mobile UI/UX optimization for field conditions Git version control and collaborative development Experience with offline-first mobile architecture

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead React Native mobile application development and optimization Deliver customer-ready features for scheduled demos and releases Maintain code quality and technical documentation Collaborate with distributed team (Australia/Malaysia time zones) Provide accurate timeline estimates with delivery accountability Support platform stability for field-based construction workers

Technical Environment:

React Native (iOS/Android) React.js web applications Next.js GraphQL and REST APIs GitHub version control Agile/sprint development cycles Cloud-based infrastructure

Work Arrangement:

Fully remote

(Malaysia-based preferred for time zone alignment)

Contractor engagement

with defined work order structure Must provide: Reliable internet, professional development environment Regular video standups and asynchronous communication Quarterly performance reviews with clear deliverable expectations
