• Provide technical leadership to ensure the delivery of complex solutions and web-technologies implementation for a digital bank.
• Lead and support the technical delivery and implementation of the digital banking platforms.
• Spearhead digital transformation by driving changes in dgital business and technology.
• Empower and cultivate the team in building the capabilities of individuals to achieve functional excellence.
• Support and mentor developers, architects and analysts.

Job Requirements

• 15+ years technical and delivery experience, preferably in a banking or retail banking environments
• Hands-on experience on web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and React.js framework
• Solid understanding in web application security (such as authentication, authorisation, session management and data security)
• Experience in web analytic implementation
• Proficiency in using monitoring tools to identify web application performance bottlenecks and performing optimisation across various layers.
• Understanding on modularisation architecture, web security and web app performance, Web app Unit Test framework and CI/CD deployment will be an added advantage
• Mandatory experience in Shell scripting, Artifactory, Rocket Aldon, Clearcase, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Control M
• Experienced in Waterfall or Agile delivery methodology.
• Demonstrates exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
