We're looking for a motivated and creative Real Estate Agent to join our team! Your job is to help clients find the right property while promoting our listings through online and offline channels.
Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties (residential, commercial, shoplots, and industrial units).
Conduct viewing appointments, site visits, and product briefings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Promote properties through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Marketplace, WhatsApp).
Attend roadshows, booths, and marketing events to increase lead generation.
Stay updated with property market trends, price movements, and new project launches.
Collaborate with teammates to share leads and close deals.
Maintain proper records of client enquiries, follow-ups, and appointments.
Requirements
SPM / Diploma / Degree (any field).
Experience in sales/marketing is a plus, but training will be provided.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Social media-savvy and comfortable creating simple content.
Motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Own transport is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
