Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Provide property information and advice to potential buyers/tenants. Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and site visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients. Market listings through online platforms (PropertyGuru, iProperty, Mudah, social media). Prepare basic documentation before submitting to lawyers/banks. Provide progress updates and reports to clients and the company. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent. REN Tag required / willing to attend the 2-day NCC REN course. Good communication skills and confident dealing with clients. Own transport is an added advantage. Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
