Job Description
This position is responsible to in charge of the overall leasing processes and procedures that align with Company's business plan and growth.
- To perform market and competitor analysis.
- To negotiate leasing related matters.
- To scout for feasible locations for business expansion.
- To present the brand's retail concept to prospective landlords.
- To evaluate the existing store portfolio in terms of rent reduction, lease renewals and terminations.
- Involvement in store development and retail expansion.
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or any related field.
- A minimum of 4 years working experience in related field required for this position.
- Must possess knowledge on working in Real Estate/Retail/Store Expansion department with brands or landlord side.
- Candidate with experience in sports or clothing industry will be an added advantage.
- Well-spoken, good planning, strong organization skill and presentable.
