: Real Estate Negotiator (REN)

Age 25 years to 45 years old

Position: Real Estate Negotiator (Full-time / Part-time)
Location: Johor Bahru

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our growing real estate team as Real Estate Negotiators. This role offers unlimited earning potential, flexible working hours, and continuous training & support to help you succeed in the property industry.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Provide professional advice on property investment and financing options.

Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Actively market and promote property listings through various platforms (social media, online portals, events).

Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and real estate practices.

Requirements

# Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged).
# Good communication and interpersonal skills.
# Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
# Possess own transport & smartphone.
#Fresh graduates and those without experience are welcome (training provided).
