Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.6. Client Relationship Management:Support agents in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address any escalated client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.7. Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and agent progress.
Prepare reports for upper management to track team performance and highlight areas for improvement.8. Compliance and Ethics:Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all transactions.Qualifications:Proven experience in real estate sales, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
Prior experience in a leadership or management role preferred.
