Document and log all incoming materials
into inventory or ERP systems.
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and quality control teams to ensure timely intake and correct routing of materials.
Report any discrepancies
, damages, or shortages to relevant departments and follow up for resolution.
Label and organize inventory
in appropriate storage locations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date receiving records, including paperwork and digital entries.
Assist with
inventory cycle counts and audits
as required.
Communicate with vendors and transport companies regarding deliveries, missing items, or scheduling issues.
Follow health, safety, and security procedures during all receiving activities.
