Job Description

s:

Receive and verify all incoming goods, ensuring they are properly stored and labelled. Check and confirm the accuracy of orders, received items, inventory records, and deliveries. Oversee receiving activities, including unloading goods from lorries and containers. Monitor and assign workers to place incoming goods in the correct storage locations. Maintain stock accuracy for Raw Materials in both the system and physical storage. Update e-Builder and Google Link daily at the end of each day. Prepare weekly updates for raw material balance, grease paper, and paper cup usage. Key in Raw Material MRF into the e-Builder system. Manage returnable items such as pallets, cartons, bins, and Loscam. Handle production wastage by ensuring it is placed in the correct area and disposed into the bin daily before 2 PM. Coordinate with vendors for the collection of rejected cookies/dough (minimum 4 pallets or 3 times per week). Arrange vendor collection for packaging waste, general waste, and rejected cookies. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in any related field. Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Possess a positive, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
