Job Description

:

Receive incoming raw materials, packaging, and goods in accordance with delivery orders. Inspect items for damage, cleanliness, expiry date, and compliance with Halal certification and specifications. Ensure receiving area complies with

GMP hygiene standards

during unloading and inspection. Verify documents (invoice, delivery order, Halal certificate, CoA, etc.) before acceptance. Update receiving logs and inventory system accurately and in real time. Store items in designated areas using FIFO/FEFO system. Ensure raw materials are stored separately from finished goods and raw materials items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse according to

GMP and Halal

zoning. Conduct periodic stock counts and support monthly inventory. Report any non-conforming items (e.g., damaged packaging, expired goods) to QA/Procurement. Comply with all

Halal, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000

warehouse and handling procedures. Ensure proper segregation and labeling of Halal and allergenic ingredients. Assist in maintaining accurate stock records for traceability and product recall readiness. Support internal and external audits when required. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the HFSQ (Hygiene, Food Safety & Quality) Department or Production Manager, when necessary.
Requirement:

Possess at least SPM/Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science and equivalent.

Computer-literate and comfortable using basic software tools.

No prior experience required - applicants with a strong willingness to learn are welcome. Eager and enthusiastic to acquire new knowledge and skills. Experience in the food industry is an added advantage. Possesses strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently. Capable of handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Willing to work full weekdays (8.00 am - 5.00 pm) and half-day on Saturdays (8.00 am - 1.00 pm), as per company working hours. This is a
