Job Description


JOB SUMMARY * In charge of front office operation, meeting room booking, cleanliness of the front office, courier service, & documentation distribution to associates.

  • In charge of stationeries ordering, others goods ordering.
  • Responsible for main lounge maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Responsible for visitors\' registration & inform PIC during visitors arrival.
  • To monitor coffee capsule stock balance, selling, transactions, & ordering.
  • To support to serve for VVIP visitor & Guest
  • To support on the hotel/flight / transportation arrangement
  • To support on company ad hoc event from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENT * SPM or Diploma with experience
  • Communication Skill, Computer literate
