As a Receptionist at Hotel Pak Fook, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience. In this full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for efficiently managing all front desk operations to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
What you'll be doing
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and the local area
Handle incoming phone calls and messages in a professional manner
Manage room reservations and maintain accurate guest records
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Maintain a neat and organised front desk area
Perform other administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
A friendly, professional and helpful attitude
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
