JOB DESCRIPTION



Manage company front counter;

Provide customer service & administrative functions to support the organisation;

Maintain and tidy the reception area;

Provide accurate information and answer to inquiries;

Collect payment and Issue official receipt to customers;

Check bank reconciliation statement;

Any other tasks as and when is required by the school management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organization:

Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask effectively.

Customer Focus:

A professional and courteous demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to address visitor concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Accounting

: Basic accounting background.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
