Manage day-to-day reception desk operations (telephone calls, emails, incoming/outgoing mail, courier services).
Greet and assist visitors/walk-in customers and direct them appropriately.
Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, ensuring accurate redirection if required.
Maintain the reception area in a neat, welcoming, and presentable manner.
Schedule appointments for meeting rooms, board meetings, and interviews.
Coordinate daily tasks with despatch staff.
Assist with office supply management (stationery, pantry stock, consumables).
Support payroll data collection (attendance, overtime, leave reports).
Assist in coordinating staff welfare programs and company activities (gatherings, festive events, CSR, sports, etc.).
Perform additional reception-related duties as assigned by management.
