Manage daily administrative tasks and handle office correspondence efficiently.
Answer and route all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide accurate and timely information to clients, visitors, and internal staffs via phone, email, or in person.
Greet and attend to visiting clients and suppliers in a warm and professional manner.
Maintain and update inventory records for office equipment, stationery, and pantry supplies.
Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other administrative documentation as required.
Oversee the renewal of company vehicle insurance and road tax, and schedule servicing and repairs.
Manage bookings for company shared cars and meeting rooms.
Coordinate the distribution of company assets such as stationery, company T-shirts, etc.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or management.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is an advantage.
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
