1. Handle and manage Telegram and WhatsApp channels for company communications.
2. Provide customer service support and attend to client inquiries promptly.
3. Create and manage content for Telegram and WhatsApp channels.
4. Utilize ChatGPT or similar AI tools to assist in content generation and communication tasks.
5. Perform stock keeping and maintain accurate inventory records.
6. Assist management in administrative and operational tasks as required.
7. Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, messages, and inquiries efficiently.
9. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
10. Coordinate itineraries, schedules, and appointments according to the Manager's requirements.
11. Work closely with the Manager to provide administrative and operational support.
12. Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and assist in general office administrative tasks.
