Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

Responsibility



Ensure the Port Pass online systems a. Northportb. Westportc. PKFZ (manually apply on the letter) Provide ordering office equipment OA Systems; a. Stationery & Printingb. PPE (Safety Shoes, Safety Helmet, Safety Vest, T-Shirts)c. Pantry Supplies Filling documentation; a. New Driver Personal Detailsb. Others Provide drivers licenses after renewal. Check attendance staff if any matters. Inventory Stationery & PPE equipment Conduct incoming & outgoing call HRA supports. Assist superiors in other ad hoc assignments as and when needed. Provide clerical and administrative support to HRA Manager.
