Receptionist Cum Admin

Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Welcome visitors professionally in person, through telephones/answering/referring inquiries.

2. Responsible for the booking of meeting rooms, communication with Person In-charge for the arrangement of meeting and clear the meeting room.

3. Ensure all staff and visitors must follow/comply with the SOPs set for entering to offices.

4. Assist for all administrative job in the Admin Department, including all purchasing for offices (stationeries & printing, refreshment, equipment, pantry, assets, & etc).

5. Maintain office equipment such as printers, phones, and pantry stock.

6. Assist for monthly payment preparation such as rental, printing & stationeries, office admin, courier & dispatch, cleaner & security and etc.

7. Assist to manage company's cars (Touch n go, petrol, usage (mileage), repair & service and etc).

8. Assist to manage offices' asset, transportation, and upkeep of office.

9. Assist for the renewal of Company License, transportation, and others.

10. Assist in the filing and safekeeping of all documents within the Admin Department, ensuring proper organization and maintenance of both digital and physical records.

11. Responsible for incoming and outgoing mails and correspondences.

12. Monitor and manage office cleanliness with cleaners and service teams.

13. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Competency Requirements:



1. Highly organized, meticulous and detail oriented.

2. High degree of accuracy, resourceful, attention to detail and strong work ethics.

3. Having a positive attitude and self-motivated, fast learner.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements



1. Possess SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

2. At least 2 years working experience in related field.

3. Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

4. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and efficiently.

5. Good communication skill with pleasant personality and sense of responsibility.

6. Communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
