Job Description

:



Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., photocopying, scanning, filing). Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist with scheduling meetings, room bookings, and travel arrangements. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes. Support HR and other departments with basic administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
