Receptionist/ Front Desk Cum Admin Selangor-Shah Alam **Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner. Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and assisting clients in finding their way around the office. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed Maintain the general office filing system Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans. Preparing meeting and training rooms. Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time. **Qualities and skills required SPM, High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of relevant experience in an office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong phone skills Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English & Malay Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance Excellent interpersonal skills Punctual with strong attendance history Highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision, multi- tasks. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
