Front Desk & Reception
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and candidates
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
Maintain a clean and professional reception area
Administrative Duties
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation
Prepare letters, reports, and basic data entry
Assist with HR tasks (e.g. print leave forms)
Support in arranging meetings, appointments, and internal communication
Office & Coordination
Manage office supplies and stationery inventory
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
