Job Responsibilities

:

Perform front desk reception duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling general inquiries. Manage daily parcel and courier deliveries - receiving and distribution. Coordinate daily lunch ordering - ensure all food orders are properly recorded and communicated to relevant parties. Support basic admin tasks including data entry, document filing, and record updates. Assist in any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

SPM

qualification -

fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Good communication skills in

Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English

Friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email)

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
