Key Responsibilities : - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals. - Answer and direct incoming calls to the relevant personnel. - Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and conference rooms. - Provide administrative support to the human resources department such as photocopy, filing and inventory check. - Maintain employee file confidentiality and update the HR database. - Assist in preparing and distributing HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies. - Assist organizing company events.
