Handle all incoming calls and ensure channel to the appropriate person in a polite, courteous and efficient manner . Attend and assist visitors/ guests/ clients politely . To liaise with dispatch and courier companies for incoming and outgoing mails or packages and distribution to the relevant personnel . Keep track of general administration works such as monitoring stationery stock level as well as ordering supplies . Responsible for performing general office duties . Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by department superior from time to time Requirements: . Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Diploma .
