Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages when necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier
Provide administrative support to the team, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning.
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
Handle basic inquiries from clients or visitors.
Perform other general administrative duties.
Good communication.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in Business Admin or related field is a plus.
At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English.
Presentable appearance with a positive and courteous attitude.
Competency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
