Act as the focal person inviting or greets customers / visitors to the company and later directs them to the appropriate staff concern on the appointment's arrangement
OPERATES TELEPHONE SYSTEM
Responsible in operating the telecommunication system for the company by connecting all incoming and outgoing telephones calls to the respective person.
RECORDS INCOMING AND OUTGOING MAILS / DOCUMENTS
Responsible in recording all incoming and outgoing mails / documents including courier services, sort mails / documents and distribute to the respective person.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Attend to inquiry or receives calls from internal and external customers related to telecommunication. Communicate with the relevant department to assist resolving any issues.
HOUSEKEEPING
Maintain the cleanliness of the receptionist area at all times without having any discomfort environment and provide a conducive environment.
MAILS & DOCUMENT DISTRIBUTIONS
Responsible to distribute document receives from the customers and distributes according to the relevant attentions. Ensure all incoming and outgoing mails are recorded for easy reference.
DIRECTORY LISTINGS
Maintain the current directory listings. Provide accurate information to the staff.
OTHER CLERICAL TASKS
Assist in any clerical tasks for human resource and administration department as and when required.
SAFETY & QUALITY
To comply with the organization's health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and work instructions, contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the HSEQ management system, the identification of workplace improvements in HSEQ and actively participate in HSEQ related training and meetings.
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1 year experience as Receptionist. Possess a pleasant personality and good communication skills. Language: Malay & English required.
