Receptionist Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls, in professional manner. To manage incoming and outgoing mails, dispatch, and courier services arrangement.
Responsible to arrange, coordinate, room booking and schedule for audit, guest and meeting.
Administration Perform Day to day administrative matters and clerical duties Assist recruitment team such as interview scheduling, sort application.
Maintain proper filing and documentation in a timely manner.
Support other HR Administration tasks and assignments as and when needed.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month Schedule:
