Job Description


  • Receptionist Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls, in professional manner. To manage incoming and outgoing mails, dispatch, and courier services arrangement.
  • Responsible to arrange, coordinate, room booking and schedule for audit, guest and meeting.
  • Administration Perform Day to day administrative matters and clerical duties Assist recruitment team such as interview scheduling, sort application.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Support other HR Administration tasks and assignments as and when needed.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • Performance bonus
