JOB DESCRIPTION \xe2\x80\xa2 To handle all incoming calls \xe2\x80\x93 take proper messages and transfer calls to appropriate individuals / departments. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain the reception area / meeting rooms area in the interest of upholding the corporate image. \xe2\x80\xa2 To accurately distribute all in / out courier and correspondence. \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide general administrative, clerical support and other duties as and when assigned by the management. REQUIREMENT \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least LCCI, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. spoken and written. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1-3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pleasant appearance with a cheerful personality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skill. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player with a sense of urgency, eye for details, proactive quality with customer orientation.
