Receptionist

Location : The Intermark, Integra Tower
Working Hour : Monday - Friday; 8:30AM - 05:30PM
Remuneration : Up to RM2,300 with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical expenses
Duration : 6-Months contract with PERSOLKELLY

  • Attend to all visitors and stakeholders as per SOP; and provide reports for statistical purposes.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and records; provide reports for AMSD\'s further action on facilities.
  • Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls as per guidelines and provide reports for statistical purposes.
  • Adhere strictly to company\'s Dress Code Guideline and Communications Guideline as the first point of contact to company.
  • Execute projects under Branding unit.
  • Any other duties assigned by the HOD.
Job Requirement
  • Possess at least Diploma in Communications
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related communications for this position required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environment.
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
