We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team at Rashid Azlan Security (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to work in an administrative and office support function within our growing security services company.

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Working Hours:
  • Mon to Fri 7am to 7pm
Tanggungjawab
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and managing schedules and appointments
  • Assisting with various other office duties as required
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
