Job Description
Receptionists are responsible for the reception area of a business. They answer the phone, greet guests, pass information, respond to inquiries and instruct visitors. They are the first point of contact for clients and customers.
PARKROYAL Langkawi Resort is nestled at a prime beachfront location on the beautiful Pantai Tengah Beach, the longest stretch of beach in UNESCO Geopark Langkawi. As the connection to Langkawi, the resort is surrounded by restaurants, nightlife, and beach activities, and a 20-minute drive from Langkawi International Airport and 18km from Kuah Town. The resort will open in September 2022 with 310 modern guestrooms - including premium suites with unique sky-dipping pools and seven exclusive villas - and facilities including all-day and themed restaurants, a beach bar, spa, gym, family lounge, multi-tier swimming pools and outdoor event spaces.
