Job Description


  • Possess at least a Certificate in healthcare is preferred or minimum SPM/STPM
  • Fresh graduates or at least 1 year of working experience in a related field
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Clinical and customer service experience will be an added advantage
  • Ability to successfully manage competing priorities in a busy clinical setting
Responsibilities

Client/Patient Oriented
  • Manage and attend to incoming enquiries from various social media channels including but not limited to Facebook,
  • Instagram, YouTube & WhatsApp
  • Setting appointments for patients via phone calls / chats in respective channels
  • Ensuring patients turns up to centre by making reminder calls / sending reminder messages according to SOP.
  • Perform after-sale service by making calls/sending messages to check on their after treatment condition follow by settingnext appointment.
  • Dispense medicine as prescribed by the Physicians, ensuring the right medicines and dosage are given out alongside correct instructions to patients.
