Job Description

Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately Handle daily mail, courier services, and deliveries Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance Provide general support to office staff and management Ensure smooth communication between departments and external parties Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling Perform clerical duties such as purchasing, photocopying, and printer coordination Update and maintain company databases, including data cleaning (removing duplicates, standardizing data) Carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management

Requirements:



Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field or equivalent Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and positive attitude Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken) Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively Able to work at Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
