Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming calls & messages professionally and transfer it to the respective person/take adequate messages when required.
  • Deliver warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers, with the aim of retaining and attracting new customers.
  • Receive mails, documents and handle courier services.
  • Maintain the general and accurate filling system and file all correspondence.
  • Manage the meeting room and ensure the environment is clean & tidy, supply the meeting resources on time.
  • Receive the letter by post and record it in the system before deliver to the respective person.
  • Assist in keeping the reception and office area clean and tidy at all times.
  • To assist in any ad-hoc tasks as when needed.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
