Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Direct customers to the appropriate person/office
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a SPM or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service and /or reception role
  • Strong customer interaction skills
  • Able to speak fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
