Job Description


:

  • Greet and welcome students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and provide accurate information about college programs and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient operations and provide backup support when required.
Requirement:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a helpful attitude.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems, computers, and standard office software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with college operations and policies is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
